Part-time Customer Service Representative Trainee

Location: Williams County Banking Centers

We are currently accepting applications for a Part-time Customer Service Representative Trainee in our Williams County Banking Centers working up to 34 hours a week. The days and hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  Must be willing to work at all Williams County locations.

Education/Training:  A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study normally required; specialized bank auditing education and training.  A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business or accounting curriculum.

 

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office; coordinating work within the unit or department, as well as with other departments and units; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department/unit operations.

Hiring Criteria

Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; proficient eye-hand coordination; ability to operate various office machines; ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds of coin.

Location: Defiance, Northtowne Banking Center

We are currently accepting applications for a Part-time Customer Service Representative Trainee in our Defiance Northtwone Banking Center.  The days and hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. - 7:15 p.m., Saturday 7:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., and Sunday 10:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Education/Training:  A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study normally required; specialized bank auditing education and training.  A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business or accounting curriculum.
