Full
Time Sales Manager
The State Bank and Trust
Company is accepting applications for a Full Time Sales
Manager at the Wauseon Banking Center location. The days
for this position will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am
to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, or as needed.
Education/Training:
A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required;
specialized banking education and training related to
sales and community banking.
Skill(s):
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics
skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative
skills; a thorough knowledge of current financial products
and services, community banking operations, and current
lending regulations, procedures, and operations; demonstrated
management, supervisory, and sales skills; visual and
auditory skills; valid driver's license.
Experience:
A minimum of five (3) years' related experience normally
required.
Responsible for managing
the Community Office in order to meet the financial services
needs of the bank's customers; developing, implementing,
and achieving annual goals and objectives as established
in the Departments annual operating plan; ensuring the
departments compliance with various operating policies
and procedures and various regulatory requirements; supervising
assigned personnel; communicating and interfacing with
other divisions and management personnel; providing periodic
management reports.
