Mortgage Loan Originator

Location: Toledo
We currently accepting resumes and/or applications for a Full-time Mortgage Loan Originator.

Job Summary

Responsible for actively participating in the Bank's sales and business development program; performing various duties to develop new mortgage business; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and providing required information on sales and service activities; maintaining a current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; coordinating work within the department or unit as well as with other units and departments; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Education & Prior Experience

Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a business-related field or equivalent knowledge.  Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in related positions normally required.

Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; thorough knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations, i.e., Reg. B, RESPA, HMDA, Reg. Z, etc.; excellent interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; proficient PC skills; a working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures which impact mortgage loan services; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank mortgage loan products and services; a thorough knowledge of the mortgage lending documents; a thorough knowledge of real estate law and credit underwriting guidelines; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license; ability to work flexible schedule.

 

 

Part-Time Customer Service Representative Trainee

Location: Toledo Float

We currently accepting applications for a Part-time Customer Service Representative Trainee in our Toledo Market Banking Centers.  The days and hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Saturday,  8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Education/Training: A B.S. or B. A. degree in a related field of study normally required; specialized bank auditing education and training.

 

Job Summary

 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office; coordinating work within the unit or department, as well as with other departments and units; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department/unit operations.

 

Hiring Criteria

 

Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; proficient eye-hand coordination; ability to operate various office machines; ability to lift fifty (50) pounds of coin.
